Jade + Eric = Married!

Jade and Eric had a fabulous wedding on August 9th, 2008. They put so much hard work into their event and it really showed! Jade, a graphic designer created her invites and the lovely fortune cookie place holders. Bright red set the tone for the event with it's good luck symbolism in Chinese culture. Her simple, yet elegant silk gown looked amazing with the hand-made cathedral length veil from her grandmother. I also loved how she wore a jade necklace.

After a meaningful ceremony, everyone headed over to The Oregon Historical Society where Devil's Food Catering was ready to start passing out drinks and get the party started. Both vendors did an amazing job. The bride and groom were introduced into the reception by Chinese Dragon Dancers who performed for the crowd. It was so much fun! We had a great time capturing all the details and guests. There is too much photo goodness to show here, so be sure to check out their slideshow here! Enjoy!
