Little Jacob.

One of my favorite couples Jennifer and Jason were married over three years ago-did I get that right guys? Time sure flies by and I'm sure it is even more for them now that Jacob is a part of their lives. When they contacted me and said that they had a baby, I was thrilled! One of the coolest parts of my job is getting to see my couples after the wedding and hearing how they are doing and meeting their little ones. These are images were from our second session in studio this July, right around his first birthday. Jacob was a ball of energy, but then became tired and it was time to nap on the floor with pillows...so cute! Here are a few images from their session, enjoy and have a great weekend.

Taylen & Ty

I had the pleasure to photograph Taylen with her dad, Ty for an afternoon a couple weeks ago. This little girl loves Thomas the Train, Spiderman, and red vine licorice...how cool is that?! I'm a lover of the red vines as well, so I knew we'd get along just fine. Her and her dad spent the day playing trains, had a crazy stuffed animal fight and then some fun outside. Whew...she's got a lot of energy! Thanks for having me over. Enjoy!

Clyde and Family.

Oh boy-Am I'm excited to post this shoot. It's my first official session in the new studio. It was so much fun working with this great family. They won a gift certificate I donated to the Little White Dress fashion show hosted by Ultra. Their little boy Clyde was certainly not camera shy and oh so cute! I'm really happy with how vibrant the blue wall is to photograph against and the natural light is amazing. Have a great weekend. Enjoy!

Little Henry.

I don't even know where to start...I had a fantastic time working with the Bergey family. Henry was a joy to photograph and we started the session in his room playing with his stuffed animals. Then it was outside to sit on the old tractor and play on the swings. This little guy was having a blast swinging super high and being with mom and dad. I've probally said this before, but it's such a joy to photograph kids with all of their emotions...fun fun. Enjoy!

Ethan and Family

A couple months ago I headed over the Ethan's house to take pics for his 1 year birthday. It was a fun session and this little guy is really smart! A few weeks later we were planning on doing a studio session as well. Life starting happening and the family got sick on a vacation so we postponed. When it was time to take the pics Ethan wasn't feeling good and not in the mood to be a model.

Come to find out he had gotten a bad ear infection and had a reaction to the antibiotics...poor little guy!
Here are some of the pics from the shoot-great looking family- I told them I'd be happy to do another session at no charge in summer since he wasn't feeling well.

Little Baby Eva.

Before all the nasty rain hit, I had the opportunity to photograph the cute Eva and her mom & dad. We lucked out with a mild and dry day down in the Park Blocks. Eva got really hungry after a few pics and decided it was time to eat. This little girl packed down a whole bottle no problem! It's always fun for me to see the excitment and love the parents have for their newest addition. Torii and Blake were no exception and are so in love with baby Eva. Congrats!
